What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice?

Upon receiving a valid DMCA request:

  • We will review the complaint.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  2. Identification of the removed content and its previous location.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full contact information.
  5. Your consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for legal matters related to the claim.

After receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a legal action.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly violate copyright laws or our DMCA policy.
